The first clock I received was damage by the carrier and had to be returned. A replacement was sent and received in excellent condition in just a few days. JoFomp company let me know when my return was received by them which was much appreciate. I just had a bad experience returning another item (not this company) and even though I took it to Amazon drop off and had a receipt the company said it was not received and continued to charge me for the replacement. I'm very pleased with my clock and this company's customer service.

like everybody knows now a days there are several items online that are nothing like they seller brags about, BUT with this clock it was everything the sellers talked about, the light is not real bright in the dark ,witch is what i wanted ,but it is bright enough to see it across my shop ,60'x100' , it also runs smooth and completely quiet ,im very pleased with this item and give the seller a 5 for a score.Thank you for this clock and i wish your company well in future sales.L.F.

I purchased this clock to be able to tell time in the dark. This clock fit the bill. Big bold numbers that glow in the dark without hurting my eyes. I do not have to strain to read the face of this clock. It is quiet. Actually does not make any annoying sounds and the glow retains thru most of the night. I would recommend this clock for its intentional purpose and am very pleased that I chose this product.

Doesn't glow in the dark as it says but it looks nice and keeps great time. I took a star off because it really doesn't glow as in the pictures
