**Q: Is this a 12v or a 240v fan please**
A: Hi this is a 240v fan. I wired my fan to the bathroom light hope this helps you .

**Q: Why does it have two noise levels?**
A: Simply Silent noise levels of 22 or 34 dBA at 3m (independently tested by ISVR)

**Q: Can this be fitted in ceiling directly above shower**
A: I have mine fitted in the shower enclosure; not on the ceiling itself, but on the wall, above the enclosure close to the ceiling. It should also be ok on the ceiling.
It works well.

**Q: Noisy after only 3 months…..can anyone advise? The blades on the fan look a bit tattered….could it be that?**
A: Yes it does but not very noisy
