No the legs are NOT adjustable at all.. One standard size.The feet is also NOT threaded at all.

The bench is lightweight and the top is roughly the same size as the foot span so you cant work much outside its perameters if a vice overhangs the table, it would topple. having said that small items would be fine and a breeze block on the table to weight it would work. As for clamping the vice, if this was something you would commonly do theres no reason why you cant drill holes put some bracing in and bolt through. Plastic is a bit thin to rely on screws. if clamping to the bench use an extra block of wood to share the load, bench top is 60mm thick so add this to the equation. (ITs cheaper at screwfix. Wish Amazon would keep up)
