EBL Rechargeable Battery AA 8-Pack 2800mAh 1.2V Ni-MH Batteries

During the heatwave I've been running these completely flat in mini fans, fast-recharging and reusing continually. No noticeable deterioration so far. Bonus is they come in a good solid box.

Great batteries ! I change them every 5 to 6 months beacuse they lose their power when you use them constantly for high power devices but really great . My go to rechargables I'd reccomend

Great replacement

I'm a bit of a rechargeable battery geek and thought it was time to grab some higher charge capacity batteries to replace some of the old ones that I've had for a few years. It's always a bit hit and miss when purchasing rechargeables, and many have fallen by the wayside and recycled for not doing what they're supposed to do. The first thing I always do when getting new rechargeables is to charge them, discharge them and then recharge them again to condition them. After doing this to 16 EBL batteries, all of them were charging between 2780 and 2820 mAh, which in my books is a win. I use a Youshika Intelligent Battery Charger (YC5000) which has an LCD to handle charge and discharge of batteries, and I usually set the charge current to 500 ma to protect the batteries as high speed chargers will eventually damage them. The Youshika will use 300 ma by default but can also be set to 500, 700 and even 1000 ma if you're in a hurry. I recommend you treat yourself to one of these or similar so you can see how much charge your batteries are getting while at the same time improving their longevity. Now, 6 months down the road, I'm getting between 2900 and 3000 mAh from all of them. One battery has spent 4 months in a wireless mouse without needing a recharge - I'm using it now with my laptop. One of the uses of these batteries is in fairy lights (used as night lights) which I've seen other reviewers saying they don't work very well and the batteries don't last. They absolutely do work, and I charge them when I notice the lights getting dim (3 batteries and 7-8 days in my particular lights). Another use is a single battery in high lumens torches, and I'm getting a couple of hours use out of them before going dim, that's compared to less than an hour with my old batteries. So yep, these EBL 2800 mah rechargeable batteries are great when treated properly.

These are nice AA rechargeable batteries which comes in a hand reusable storage case, the batteries were not supplied charged but seem to charge quite quickly, so far they are lasting well in some outdoor festive LED lights that have decorated the house with so I think the capacity is good. This the second product I have bought from EBL and so far I am impressed, much cheaper than alternative store bought but with the same quality.

Update, the new batteries seem to share a similar charging issue with my modern charger, but work fine once they are recharged through my older batter charger. I've been buying Eneloop batteries for many years now and with Christmas coming up and knowing I had a raft of presents needing AA batteries I took a gamble on an 8 pack of EBL 2800mAh batteries. As with Eneloop, they come pre-charged and I was happy enough when I first used them. However, when I came to recharge the batteries I found that they were not recognized by my intelligent battery charger and showed Null. I tried various combinations of the batteries but had to resort to a much older battery charger which seemed to charge these without issue. I would say that the batteries are nowhere near as impressive as Eneloop batteries and won't be buying these again. The charge does not last as long as I'd expect and they remain a hassle to charge with my usual battery charger and I have to recharge through an older charger that only works in battery pairs. They do the job to a point but the inconvenience of having to regularly recharge them through an old charger means I'm not a fan of these particular batteries. Respect to the EBL customer service staff, they provided a set of replacement batteries at no cost and without asking for them. The batteries work fine, but I am still experiencing an issue charging them with multiple usual intelligent battery charger, when charged in my old school charger they seem fine. Very strange, but at least the batteries work once recharged!

Als Vielnutzer von batteriebetriebenen Geräten bin ich stets auf der Suche nach zuverlässigen und leistungsstarken Akkus. Die EBL Akku AA Batterien (8 Stück mit hoher Kapazität 2800mAh, 1,2V Mignon AA) haben meine Erwartungen dabei voll erfüllt und sogar übertroffen. Die hohe Kapazität von 2800mAh ist wirklich beeindruckend. Ob in meiner kabellosen Maus, dem Foto-Blitzgerät, Kinder-Spielzeug oder Fernbedienungen – diese Akkus liefern konstant Energie und halten deutlich länger als herkömmliche Einwegbatterien oder Akkus mit geringerer Kapazität. Das spart nicht nur auf Dauer viel Geld, sondern ist auch wesentlich umweltfreundlicher. Besonders positiv fällt die geringe Selbstentladung auf. Selbst wenn die Akkus einige Zeit gelagert werden, behalten sie ihre Ladung erstaunlich gut. Das ist ein riesiger Vorteil, denn man kann sie vorladen und weiß, dass sie einsatzbereit sind, wenn man sie braucht, ohne ständig Angst haben zu müssen, dass sie leer sind. Die 1,2V Mignon AA Bauweise ist Standard und passt somit in alle Geräte, die für AA-Batterien ausgelegt sind. Die Akkus fühlen sich wertig an und lassen sich problemlos in Ladegeräte einlegen und entnehmen. Auch nach mehrmaligem Laden und Entladen zeigen sie keine Leistungseinbußen. Fazit: Die EBL Akku AA Batterien sind eine hervorragende Wahl für alle, die zuverlässige, langlebige und umweltfreundliche Energiequellen für ihre elektronischen Geräte suchen. Die Kombination aus hoher Kapazität, geringer Selbstentladung und dem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis macht sie zu einer klaren Empfehlung. Ich bin absolut zufrieden mit diesem Kauf und kann sie jedem uneingeschränkt ans Herz legen!

Batteries de bonne qualité, et avec une excellente capacité de charge. Piles que je recharge avec un chargeur de la même marque. Reçues très rapidement et utilisées tout de suite.

Il faut avouer que l'investissement dans des piles rechargeables est non négligeable, mais quand on regarde la consommation de piles dans un ménage surtout avec des enfants cela devient vraiment impératif et la rentabilité est vite faite. Livré par lot de 4 piles dans un boitier qui ferme très bien avec petit autocollant pour assurer de la non utilisation de celles ci. Concernant l'ampérage sur tout le lot que j'ai acheté, il tourne entre 2747mAh et 2798mAh, certes ce n'est pas les 2800mah annoncé mais c'est très proche de la valeur. Rechargées avec un chargeur de la même marque, ces piles se rechargent rapidement et ne chauffent pas. Concernant la longévité lors d'utilisation dans des jouets, elles sont tout simplement parfaites et tiennent mieux que certaines piles de grandes marques. Un excellent achat qui permettra de faire des économies à la longue.

Les batteries semblent de qualité, elles sont livrées avec 5 boites de rangement pour 4 ce qui est très pratique. J'ai cependant un peu d'inquiétude quand a la longévité du système de fermeture de celles ci. A mon avis a force de manipuler la fermeture celle ci va finir par casser. Ces batteries sont un également un peu plus larges que les piles qu'elles remplacent. J'ai du "forcer" pour faire rentrer les 4 cote a cote dans certains appareils.
