Very good deep fat fryer. Small in size but big in performance. Nice design and it cooks great chips. Love it.

Lovely little fryer especially for one, and if you do not want to over pile your plate. I am a nearly 77 arthritic old lady and have no problem whatsoever with the basket handle, so the person who seemed to be having problems and suggested not to buy is wrong. Yes the basket is small but it suits me if you want to fry large bits then buy a bigger fryer, pretty logical. I can get a good amount of chips for my meals, the machine does not take up much space and I find it very easy to use. So I would whole heartedly recommend it. Nearly forgot heats up quickly and does not take long to cook chips.

Hot wax for bike chains... Nothing kinky.I personally wouldn't use this for cooking but for melting chain wax, it's brilliant. The temperature control is a bit vague and I wouldn't leave it unattended but it works well enough. The basket is about the right size for a coiled up chain. You could easily stack 3 or so chains in there if you wanted to. I'm not sure you get more than a handful of chips in there though.The only slight downside for me is that the basket doesn't fit fully inside the fryer for storage but it's not the end of the world.Capacity wise, it's about perfect for a tin of Putoline.

i opened the box took out the frier and found the rear left rubber foot was missing. when i went to put the frier down a small white disk fell off from underneath. i replaced the disk and while reading the instructions i felt something under my foot. it was some kind of screw. the only place i could think it came from was inside the white disk. i removed the disk put the screw inside and put the disk back on. i have no idea what the screw is intended for. i then switched it on and when it reached the right temperature placed some thick frozen chips in, cooked for the set time and tried them. they were wonderful. so it is working well. i won't give a rating for the frier until i have used it some more.

Great fryer. Big enough for two people. Cooks quickly and evenlyThe only negative is the handle. The way it’s made it’s not safe to attach or detach without harm. I use two forks one either side of the Beasley to safely lift it out.

The actual fryer is good, but the max fill oil level mark is far to high and could cause an overflow when hot and with food in. Never fill the fryer more than half full with oil. The handle to the basket is useless because you cannot close the lid while cooking, i use a pair of pliers to remove the basket and hook onto the top and the same to lower into the fryer. This fryer should not really of passed UK saftey standards!

Doesn't hold much but works well

It's been bought for a present the perfect gift for 1 person I think.
