Many of you may not know, but most multivitamins don't include iron, so when I found this multivitamin, it helped reduce the amount of pills (vitamins) I had to take daily because of its ingredients.I’ve been taking the Vegan Whole Food Multivitamin with Iron for several months, and it has made a significant difference in my overall well-being. This is my third time purchasing it, but my first time purchasing it through Amazon. The first two purchases were through Wal-Mart. I'm not a vegan, but I am highly anemic, so finding a comprehensive multivitamin that meets all my nutritional needs with enough iron, too, can be challenging, but this product ticks all the boxes.The ingredients are all derived from whole foods, which gives me confidence in its quality and effectiveness. The added iron is particularly beneficial, as it's something many vegans, including myself, need to monitor closely. Since starting this multivitamin, I’ve noticed an increase in my energy levels and overall vitality.The capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach, which is a big plus. The packaging was secure on the inside and out. The pill size is a manageable size and does not have a weird aftertaste. I also appreciate that it's formulated for both women and men, making it a versatile option for anyone looking to boost their nutrient intake.

This vitamin product has a good mix of vitamins for a man over 50 years old. It has a little aftertaste, but not bad. It seems to be manufactured according to good safety standards.

I love these, I have way more energy. I was taking some way more expensive vitamins, that were huge, I had to take three a day, and still didn’t have what I needed. These have all I need, they are small, only need one, easy to take, and the price is perfect! Excellent quality, and I feel great. Plus, I’m actually absorbing these, because they are methylated.

The texture is good and its easy to swallow.

This is a great vitamin for me since it includes everything I need. I was taking a bunch of separate supplements but not only was it difficult to take so many pills but it was worse when I traveled. When I found this vitamin, I couldn't believe it because it included basically everything including the turmeric and Coq10. It also includes some probiotics.There are really only two things: first, some of the quantities aren't quite as high a percent as the individual supplements (e.g. the calcium is only 10%); and secondly, I have to take 3 capsules. What I usually do is spread them out and take one capsule with each meal (I don't like to take pills without food unless specifically told not to).These really are about as complete a vitamin as I can find and they sure beat taking loads of individual supplements. They are a lot easier to take when traveling as well.

I am sure this product is a great vitamin C, however, this smells so badly I had a hard time getting it past my nose.

I am very pleased with the supplements. They are easy to swallow and have no bad taste or lingering affects, like burping, or upset tummy. I have noticed a significant change in my health, hair, nails...taking this for almost 3 weeks, as well as the other supplements from Supplements Studio. I feel I will be able to give an even more accurate review once I have an entire month behind me. However, at this time, I feel blessed that I came across such a great source of supplements with no added fillers, made from organic foods. My Dr. was impressed !!! I will come back with additional reviews as I move forward, noting that I have witnessed great improvements in a very short time frame. Thank you

This product has help me when I’m at work tired. It boosts my energy, it’s vegan, and plus it’s easy to swallow you just have to take it with meal. All natural that’s why I love this product. I will definitely buy this again. Also it has so many health benefits, you got to try it. Great quality too.
