Why is the 4 shown as iiii and not iv

It's designed that way make the dial more symmetrical. It's called the watchmaker's 4. Most manufacturers use this so the numerals on the 4 ( IIII ) and the 8 ( VIII ) are the same size and easier on the eyes.

Does this watch have a luminouse dial for night reading? If not what model does have this feature?

Nice watch at a great price. I wear it to work instead of my more expensive watches simply because my job is very physical, I'm constantly moving and lifting boxes in a cramped work area which means I often bang into things with the risk of scratching or scuffing my watch. Also, the big watch face let's me know the time with a quick glance and I love the shade of blue. Since it's a men's size watch, I did have to remove a few links so it would fit my wrist but that's easy to do. I always set my watches according to the atomic clock and so far this one has maintained the correct time down to the second.Overall, I'm pleased with this purchase.
