This gel really surprised me. I read lots of reviews, and the one that convinced me to try it was a person who said she tried it on her swollen ankle, and it took the swelling down. I have an ankle that swells due to sciatica. After the first application, the swelling decreased remarkably! I've applied it again this morning, and the swelling is almost gone. I'm also using it on my back and hip. The pain is better, but not completely gone. I have hope that the gel might lessen the pain with more use.

As with other Dulac products, I found that this works well. I suffer from nerve pain in my legs and feet at least it's a day, every day. Evenings are the worst. When the pain begins I rub in some Dulac on both legs. Within about 20 minutes my legs have calmed down. Whether this effect is psychological or physiological or a combination of both, I don’t care. The product works, that's all that matters to me.

I love DULAC products. The gels, however, are a bit too runny for my taste. When I first tried them I wasn’t thrilled but after they provided much needed relief, I decided I could definitely ignore the runny texture.

My husband has spinal stenosis and this actually gives him some relief! It was recommended by his surgeon so we had to try it and have been very pleased with the results.

This is an ok product and you do get some relief but probably more from the massaging it in. It has a menthol scent but it does not leave that cool/hot sensation like other products. It does absorb well and doesn't leave a lasting smell but I'm not real thrilled with this and will use my other products when I'm hurting more.

Product advertises, strongest, relief allowed. Total misleading. More relief is obtained from a simple BenGay or Vicks vapo rub product arrived as one liquid mass. Complete water and soup. Placed product in the refrigerator overnight to see if it would congealed and solidify, no luck. Would never recommend this product to anyone. Buyers beware of the misleading advertisement, and to make matters even worse. The product is not eligible for return. Obviously because it is a personal hygiene and liniment for individuals but when something arrives and looks the way that it does and acts the way that it did total garbage.

Ever since using this for joint pain while in Italy, nothing else works as well.

Das Gel ist besser als die bekannte Teufelskralle, die man hier in Deutschland kaufen kann. Es hilft gegen Verspannungen und lindert Schmerzen. Hatte neulich unangenehme Insektenstiche und mit diesem Gel sehr gut überstanden. Im Kühlschrank nach dem öffnen aufbewahren. Ist auch lange haltbar. Sollte in jedem Haushalt vorhanden sein.
