I recently purchased this keyboard for my iPad from Amazon and it was delivered just 2 days ago. So far, I’m really happy with the product. The packaging was neat and secure, and the setup was very easy – it connected to my iPad within a few seconds. The keys feel smooth and comfortable while typing. I’ve been using it for writing and basic work, and the typing experience is surprisingly good for the price. It’s lightweight, fits perfectly with my iPad, and looks quite premium as well. I purchased a Typecase Bluetooth Keyboard for my iPad, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The keyboard does not function properly, and the trackpad frequently freezes or becomes unresponsive. The battery indicator is also unreliable. The charging percentage behaves abnormally, sometimes increasing rapidly and then remaining stuck at 62% without decreasing, making it impossible to determine the actual battery level. I contacted customer support multiple times regarding these issues. Even when I offered to provide video evidence demonstrating the problems, the customer service representative refused to acknowledge that there could be a defect with the product. Instead, they repeatedly blamed the customer and claimed that the issues were caused by Apple rather than the keyboard itself.also they using bad words againest customer. What was even more disappointing was that I was told not to request a replacement and was advised to go to consumer court if I was unhappy. This is not the level of support customers should expect after purchasing a product. I purchased this keyboard expecting a reliable product and professional after-sales service. Unfortunately, I received neither. The product has unresolved issues, and the customer support experience was frustrating and dismissive.

It really fits well for my ipad air 5 and the typing experience is also very professional and has 11 types of backlit colour and it's very durable and thin to carry day to day activities and compatibility for bags and hands

Actually so incredible like they did a great job the battery life is great it’s light weight easy to use there is no difference between this and the Apple version Magic Keyboard this is cuter though and a better price

Great quality on the case and keyboard with wonderful back light colors very nice and like that you can change to different colors, dimmable and can be totally turn off. I am still learning all the short cuts options in this keyboard. I love the case with keyboard. This is the 1st i found that i like and didn't return. I add some vinyl decal to decorate. which i think came out very nice. so i would say over all i gave this 5 Star.

Un producto muy útil para usar iPad con teclado. Acabados bonitos, color hermoso. Se enlazó muy rápido y la reacción es muy buena hasta el momento. El único pero que le pongo es que hay que hacer presión fuerte al mousepad para hacer click y me gustaría hacerlo más táctil

Se ve como un magic keyboard pero tiene diferencias como los colores de la retroiluminación. Creo que le falta tener un indicador adecuado del estado de la batería... el que se pudiera cargar directamente a través del iPad... pero por el precio realmente es un excelente producto.
