So tasty!
So good! Tasty, low in calories and high protein. Perfect snack with no fat. Just wash them well for the brine they come in is quite salty. I also prefer removing the skin.

First had these in Portugal many years ago. They go great with a cold beer. These are the tastiest ones I've found.

Do not buy, HORRIBLE
The lupin beans are the worst I have ever tasted. Tasted hard, tasted like chemicals I brought two bags I ended up putting them in the bin. I do not recommend this! Portuguese ones are all the way. Money wise it's expensive. Not fresh. Textures is rubbery

Sie sind angenehm bissfest, leicht salzig und perfekt als kleine Knabberei zwischendurch oder als Beilage zu Tapas. Wer eine „gesunde“ Alternative zu Chips oder Nüssen sucht, wird hier fündig. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die mediterrane Snacks mögen!

Ich bin sooooooo happy, diese Lupinen bei Euch gefunden zu haben! In meiner Wahlheimat Griechenland (Kreta) gibt es die fast nur zur vorösterlichen Fastenzeit, in die sie ja auch einwandfrei passen. Aber dank Euch kann ich die nun jederzeit knabbern - zu und das ist großartig!!! Danke, weitermachen! ;-)
