yes it is bitter but you know that as it's on the label. One of my absolute favourites, intense cocoa flavour (possibly strongest of any chocolate I have tried) doesn't have many additional floral notes; slight acetate hint on entering mouth then intense cocoa flavour and leaving slightly dry after.More intense and cocoa than Green and Blacks or Lindt, but they have more floral notes.

Beautiful
I likely chocolate very dark, so I thought this might seem a little too sweet for my tastes. However, it has the most lovely, complex flavours, rich and smooth, with nicely sized chunks that a perfect for nibbling or melting on the tongue... I regret giving one of the bars to my sister now! (note, this is one of the thicker bars, a bit like the green and blacks bars, but the squares are slightly bigger)

Excellent quality chocolate bar
Having tried this bar of plain chocolate with peppermint fondant filling I am now a fan and addict!It is as good as any other Brand and a must for peppermint lovers.If you like the taste of peppermint you will enjoy this. It is reminiscent of Bendicks, really excellent quality and the added bonus is it's organic.

Fabulous!
Came today, and of course i had to open a bar to try. Lovely!! And with a liquidy soft centre! However, it is also sweet, very sweet, which in a way makes it a GOOD thing, as it means you don't scoff a whole bar in one go. 3 squares is enough (Drat!)

Minty heaven
What would you like from a minty chocolate? Probably to be sexy smooth, a bit sweet to tease you, bursting with minty creamy flavour and a touch of sensuality so you can grab another bite and another... but be careful not too much! Just 😋!

Sadly lower than expectations
Sadly the filling was ultra sweet, and not to my taste. All the bars arrived broken too, so some of the filling had dried up and tasted quite cheap and unpleasant. This is such as shame as I buy two other types in this brand and they are both delicious (even though the marzipan one sometimes arrived broken and leaky too).
