We love it.
The only fountain my cats drink from. The bowl is nice and easy to wash in a washing machine, pump...simple plastic pump, nothing special. We know the risks of buying it, but we had no choice because we had already tried out all of the possible options. And it worked. If the pump dies, we will buy another, I think, maybe from another brand, to live longer but so far it works!

Came well packaged, exactly as described, makes no discernible noise and my cat loves it.

Easy to clean.
Not only is it easy to clean but it's totally silent. Awesome. Update. Pump is already dead. Went to clean the fountain, filled it up with water and now the pump doesn't work. Makes no sense. Now I have to spend another $30 to replace the pump after only having this unit for 1 month. My other fountains pump has been running for over 1 year solid.
