Cartwright & Butler Triple Chocolate Chunk Biscuits, 200g

These are a bit on the expensive side, but look better than the boxes when you are giving them as gifts. They are delicious cookies, I have already bought more for gifts with one for me. The tins are very nice on their own but make a better present with the biscuits in. They are well-made and a good make. I would highly recommend these and the seller as they arrived quickly.

For the price I was expecting something better like Fortnum and mason biscuits which are similar in price per 100g. Though they are not bad….they are also not great and I feel the decorative tin is what is pushing the price up to near £10

POOR QUALITY! Both in product and customer service. Would give them zero stars if possible. Item arrived in a tampered condition and partially eaten in appearance. Reached out to their team who straight up denied any accountability for its condition on their end. They tried to just blame Amazon delivery without their own proof of this rather than deal with this case on its own merit to find a resolution or true root cause. Not to mention all other items I had placed in the same order from other brands were fine so for them to conjecture that is utter trash- similar to their products which appear to be way too small, overpriced and look rather sparse on mix-ins like chocolate. Save your money and look for others either on Amazon or even local businesses. If you need something more mainstream and want some quality options: You’re better off with: Whittard Triple Chocolate Biscuits, Fortnum & Mason biscuit tins, Marks and Spencer’s Belgian Biscuit tin, Selfridges Selection Double Chocolate Biscuit tin and others. ほとんど粉々に割れていました。まともなのは一ニ枚でした。 取り出すのも苦労して、カップに入れてミルクをかけて食べました。 味はと～っても美味しかったですが人にはあげられませんね。（残念）

The cookies are completely smashed up and the container is dented. So disappointed. No option to return either.

These cookies are wonderful, chocolate heaven. However, if you want to give them as a gift this is not the place to buy them. The seal was torn, and the tin was severely dented. :( Glad I only ordered one.
