Highly recommend this to clean your printer
I was ready to throw my printer away before trying this. The directions are very easy to follow and cleaned my printer heads back to new condition. I would definitely purchase this again.

Not enough fluid
I bought this product hesitantly even though the positive reviews outnumbered the less complimentary reviews. Most often products get a bad review because the end used is not skilled enough to use them properly , that said I decided to purchase 3 bottles because my printer is 11 years old and I knew instinctively that 100 milliliters would not be enough to flush to clear liquid the print heads of my HP printer. Why is clear fluid from the print heads important ? Because cleaning them is not a five minute job or without risk of accidentally making the problem worse or irreparable. Many videos on the procedure are not representative of real life. I used all three bottles and 1/3 of a kitchen paper towels rollslowly flushed each color print head with 75 ml of solution until no visible color came out. I strongly recommend injecting the fluid with the steadiest most minimum syringe plunger pressure possible given the ability of an individual own feel . My printer now prints as good as the day I pressed it into serviceand since I use it less frequently than used to ..I print a full color alphabet every 2 day to keep the heads from drying out. My only complaint is the quantity of the fluid per bottle , there is not reason in this universe for any brand of this type of cleaner to not offer a 500 ml bottle ...100ml will not be enough

Cleaning kit disabled printer head assembly
I have used these types of printer head cleaning kits before on an Epson printer, but used an absorption pad under the printer head assembly while still in the printer (unplugged obviously) and it worked great. After several attempts to use the head cleaning and alignment tools HP provides on their Pro 8600, I decided a real cleaning was necessary to get back to normal printing quality. This vendor provides very minimal instruction for use and so I relied on an online video which recommended gently removing the printer head assembly and flushing the cleaning solution through the heads inside a bucket. That process went as well as expected, but obviously can result in exposure of electronics to liquid. I allowed the head assembly to dry 24 hours before reassembling the unit but, I got an error message that the ink or printing system is not functioning. HP instructions to unplug and reboot the printer were unsuccessful. Although HP does recommend you install all brand new cartridges when you reassemble (of course they do!) I was hesitant to throw away cartridges with 50%+ ink in them! While I wait for my order of new cartridges to arrive I am considering a method of cleaning contacts on the processing board of the printer head assembly. This is not the fault of the cleaning kit (except for minimal instructions), but a warning to anyone attempting to use kits like this.

- re-review NOT a good product
This kit was missing parts. I don't know if it has really helped. The liquid cleaner does not have any odor. But it is very slow to dry. The missing parts did not stop me from using it. I was able to get the little tube over the nub in the print cartridge tray and squirt the liquid through. I just don't like to find kits incomplete.- UPDATEI have cleand the print head using all the provided fluid....a real mess and two days. A chunof time is spent waiting for the fluid to dry enough to do a printer head cleaning cycle. The print quality has decrease with each flush. I have wasted a whole set of new ink cartrages because of the flush and the head clean maintance to get the printer to just pring somethings each time. I went from a few light and missing lines to text that isn't readable and lines that destry a nice appearance of any image I print. I do not recomend since I now need to purchase a new printer.

This kit saved my printer!
My EPSON WF-7720 printer had stopped printing colors, just in black. I took a shot with this printhead cleaning kit, figured what could it hurt? It worked! and now I can print photos again.3 stars for easy to use because the included instructions were not clear. The photos are too small to see detail of how to attach syringe, or how to free up the print cartridge, or how to place paper toweling to catch the fluid as it flushed through. The kit includes several different tips and requires trial and error to find the best fit. I had to do an online search for videos to help and I was able to find step by step instructions, some for my exact model, others more general but with helpful tips. I spent about 45 minutes working on the cleaning process. I hope to ward off future issues by exercising the printer more often. But if it stops working again, I know how to take care of it.
