Can be installed into ceramic or plastic cisterns, as a replacement for a pre-installed products from Vitra, Twyford, Lecico, Roca and many more. Replacement for any existing SIAMP flush valve is easily maintained without the need to disconnect the cistern from the wc pan, thanks to the universal bayonet which allows the flush valve to be removed from the bayonet with an anti-clockwise 1/4 turn. Height adjustable from 300mm to 448mm; overflow is adjustable between 155mm to 245mm by cutting in increments of 4mm. Push button compatible with lid hole diameters from 39mm to 42mm. WRAS approved with 10 year guarantee. Warnings: Do not over tight in any case. Do not use any sealing paste and/or compound in any case. Yes, the mechanism comes complete with a new flush button - I have a complete spare unit in front of me so I'm sure of my facts. (Apparently there is an OPTIONAL extra chrome escutcheon but that, according to the instruction sheet that comes with the new flush unit, is not always supplied; neither of the replacement units that I bought came with this extra chrome escutcheon. This extra escutcheon is about half an inch deep and I don't know why anyone would want it. If there is one fitted to your existing flush unit then just retain it and re-use it.) Rather than buying from the buy box, choose a single kit from one of the other sellers. **Q: Hi can you purchase the top button mechanism separately, as we have had ours in for approx 5 years and the mechanism has fallen to bits** A: You can buy the button separately ie the silver thing that screws in to the top. Any further down than that requires the whole unit to be changed. The very bottom bit rarely needs changing so you can leave that in the cistern. Twist the unit to the left and put the new one in.
