I have a desk job and my posture causes awful back pain at the end of the day. Any time I feel myself start to hunch over the keyboard this corrector straightens me up again. It's not sore - more of a reminder. It is unisex so is suitable for everyone.I'm a larger lady and was worried that this wouldn't fit but it is fully adjustable. Hopefully when I lose weight I will still be able to wear this by simply adjusting the two straps. If you find that it cuts in slightly under your arms just keep adjusting until you find your comfort zone.It is made from a breathable material so I don't feel like I am overheating - especially in the hot office. This doesn't make me sweaty and uncomfortable at all. This comes with a money back guarantee so you have nothing to lose. However, I will be holding onto mine - it was worth the money. Good value and I'd recommend it to others.
