Designed for versatile cooking—baking or frying—this refrigerated product stays fresh for 7-10 days and offers a crisp, elastic texture that folds easily without cracking. Perfect for professional chefs and home gourmets aiming to create authentic, visually stunning filled pastries with minimal effort. ## Description The pastry is Tunisian in origin, but is now made in France and is called feuille de brick. In Tunisia it was used for making deep-fried pastries filled with spinach, cheese and eggs, spiced meats or fish. Feuilles de brick look and feel like fine, lacy cloth with a satiny sheen and texture. When fried they are crisper than springroll pastry and when baked they have a dry, melt-in the-mouth crunchiness. Feuille de brick is slightly thicker and has a more elastic feel to it. In a recipe where you might use one brick sheet you might need 3-4 phyllo sheets. brick dough also folds a lot easier and does not crack as much as phyllo would. Best Before 24/09/26. Tastes very good, SO easy to cook, no oil needed just a hot pan will bring it to a beautiful golden crisp, really happy with it! Losing one star because some of them had a tear in the middle, making them difficult to stuff with runny things such as an egg without making a bit of a mess BUT still tastes great nonetheless! Will definitely buy more in the future. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent purchase *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 5 August 2026* Arrived on time, packaged really well in perfect condition, will absolutely order again..couldn't be happier with purchase.. ## Frequently Bought Together - Feuille de Brick / Brick Pastry 2 Packs of 10 Sheets JR - Xanthan Gum 250g Premium Quality Extra Fine Powder, Vegan, Non-GMO, Gluten Free – Recyclable Container - Special Ingredients Meat Glue/Transglutaminase 100g Premium Quality, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Non-irradiated – Recyclable Container --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/48856674-feuille-de-brick-brick-pastry-2-packs-of-10-sheets](https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/48856674-feuille-de-brick-brick-pastry-2-packs-of-10-sheets) --- *Product available on Desertcart Panama* *Store origin: PA* *Last updated: 2026-11-01*
