Review: Great first "proper" boardgame for a 4 year old. - I have a love for board games, and my 4-year-old daughter is starting to show interest as well. So far, the games she's been into are mostly by Orchard Toys and are fairly simple, not requiring much thought. However, Outfoxed is the first game we've played that actually requires some strategic thinking and is enjoyable for adults too. I was surprised at how quickly my daughter grasped the deduction aspect of the game and can now play it without any adult help. It's a great way to introduce new gaming mechanics like rolling and re-rolling dice, efficiently moving characters on the board, deduction, cooperative play, and more, which will be fantastic as we move on to more complex games.

A: Not really as it’s aimed at children and is a collaborative game where you work together to solve the clues. Good fun - enjoyed by my 6 year old grandson and family

A: Maybe a little too easy for that age. I played it with mine when they were around 5 and they loved it. By 9 years old they found it too easy....

A: Its a good family game to be played with children. We played it with our grand kids aged between 5 to 10 years. Not an adults only game.

Fabulous game. Bought for our grandson’s 5th birthday and he loves it. Teaches counting, uncovering and solving clues, taking turns. Great that the counters can move in any direction. Game takes about 20 minutes. Adults enjoyed it too!
