Is a belt holster included? And if not, what might be a perfect 3-rd party holster for it?

No mine didn't. And as to where to buy aftermarket. Have you looked at Battery Junction. They sure enough have all makes and models of flashlights so they might carry what you are looking for. I needed a belt clip for a flashlight once and found it there.

Is there a spot light version?

There are two versions of the light, a bright white 6500K and a natural light colored 5500K. You cannot focus the beam, but it gives you a Gaussian distribution beam.
