Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G, US Version, 128GB, Cream - T-Mobile (Renewed)

This galaxy flip arrived completely brand new. I’ve had it for a couple of months and no issues whatsoever. I was skeptical, but I am beyond excited that I got this phone. The price was beyond exceptional. Thank you!

Works well and in perfect condition

When I got the phone, it looked great, until I couldn't close the phone without it shutting down completely. It also wouldn't turn on at times no matter how many attempts I tried to turn it on with the power button. When I did get it on, someone was already signed into the Google account. I did a factory reset immediately after that, but I assumed that even though it was previously owned, they would have reset the phone to protect their information. I guessed that this phone was stolen. Now I am trying to file a claim and it's been almost three weeks that I've been trying to fix this damn phone. The only thing I am grateful for is that this has taught me a lot of adulting lessons about filing claims and buying phones. But the main is, JUST BUY THE PHONE NEW. The amount of money and time that it takes to fix the phone is the same price as just buying it new. I am so over it.

Won't hold charge worthless

I ordered a phone described as new, and it had issues where the screen would be on but turn completely black as if it was off, I contacted the seller for potential help resolving it after exhausting all potential fixes I could think of, I was told check software update which of course didn't work, and when I returned it for a refund I was refunded $18 of the $220 I spent. BUYER BEWARE. I'm out 200. I really wouldn't care that much if I just got my money back but I gave the whole ass phone back the same quality I got it in and I was given less than $20 bucks for it.
