## Questions & Answers

**Q: When you say ''packaging may vary'', are you still selling the old bag design, and if so, do they have a decent best before date (6 months minimum)?**
A: We sell the new bag type with 6 months minimum best before :)

**Q: Do you offer free returns if there is an issue with the contents? For example it’s off!**
A: They do not accept returns, I got a refund for my old stinky dog food they sold me through amazon chat.

**Q: Can someone tell me what age is senior in a dog? As they are less active can they go on the senior food**
A: Depends on the breed as some live much Longer and any medical conditions. Vet told me my healthy lurcher/collie was senior aged 8yrs. Hope that helps?

**Q: How long would a bag last for a lab x pointer?**
A: Depends how much you feed, around 350g per day, the sack could last over a month maybe longer. A bag lasted me over 2 months feeding 2 terriers on 250g between them.
