Perfect for that supertato fan!

My daughter loves this book - I wasn’t so sure about a superhero potato at first but it’s great fun! She recognised it from nursery and it is a lovely read. This is a superhero caper set in a kitchen, as the superhero potato defends the other vegetables from a villainous pea that’s escaped from the freezer. The plot is easy to follow for little ones and it’s very humorous. The illustrations are bright and colourful - she loves spotting the escape-peas at the end of the story. A few earlier reviews suggest the book is too small - this problem has obviously been rectified as the book we received was the correct size etc. It’s a favourite bedtime book already!

My son absolutely loves these books. They’re so much fun and so silly! This is actually a gift for someone as will always try and gift the good ones. I didn’t appreciate it was a tv show so that just adds even more for me. Really recommend for anyone with a toddler/preschooler

I bought this for my nephews birthday after reading a copy owned by my daughter who loves it. This is a great story and my daughter loves it and is her favourite story. Would highly recommend to our children. Has bright big pictures and lots of funny bits. I get my daughter to read the bits that are spoken and she does these with lots of animation. We are slowly now gathering the collection.

My grandchildren loved it

I ummed and ahhed whether to buy this book having never heard of it, but after reading the reviews I decided to go for it and bought it to be a stocking filler for my book loving 4 year old daughter...and I am SOOO glad I did. When this arrived my almost 18 year old son and I read through it whilst my daughter wasn't there to see if we thought she'd like it. Well, we were both cracking up as we read through it, I instantly decided it had to be a 'reward' book to be given that day instead of having to wait until Christmas. When it was given to my daughter she instantly loved it and it has been her bedtime book for an entire month every single night bar 3. She now incorporates phrases and themes from the book into her everyday play, which I find so amusing to see/hear her do. I won't give any spoilers away but if you and your child have a sense of humour, and especially if you like to read with character and funny voices, then you should love this book. It has definitely become my erm I mean my daughters, favourite book of the 150+ that she has on her bookcase. Highly recommended book. I have just seen there is a new Supertato book due for release the day after her birthday in 2016, and I shall be pre-ordering that today, can't wait, I just hope it is as good as this one!

My 2.5 yr old son loves these books!

It all started with us watching this on tv. My some loves the evil pea and the chance to read this in a book has made supertato even more fun. The pictures are really bright and colourfull too.

Buy the whole series. Children love it.

Great story and great price.

My child reads very often. Great and funny story. He now checks our refrigerator from time to time see if there's any escapee. Funny!!
