Don't buy
Had this cord for awhile now and everytime I went to use it, it always had problems constant stutter or not even letting me connect and then finally when I move does the cord stop working and only charge making me extremely furious and miss out on some events vr related I suggest buying a different cable and not some 16 ft charging cable

As advertised but is not thin and flexible
This will let you play PC VR games in perpetuity. Unfortunately it's a thicker tougher material than the oculus brand PC VR cable and is kind of awkward to manipulate. It's worth it if you plan to do marathon PC vr gaming sessions but the the regular oculus cable lasts about 4-5 hours if you turn off eye and hand tracking, which is plenty for most

Great for Quest 2
I bought this early 2023 and is used almost daily. After seeing reviews I was alittle skeptical at buying but have been very pleased with it. Charges just as fast as stock charger and have never dropped below 60% with high settings/bitrate. Also has very good return on the communication test. Fairly thick cable which has worked out nice both on the floor and pully system.

Perfect for those who value image quality and long play sessions.
TL;DR, if you're looking to play wired PCVR on Quest 2/3/Pro, buy this. I was using Virtual Desktop to stream my games to my Quest 2 before buying this cable, and while it worked the fact that it was being streamed over the network brought a few issues, notably latency and visual artifacts. I bought this cable since it was long and seemed very efficient, and I couldn't have been more impressed. It is a very nice cable, very long, and very easy to get set up. I've been using this thing for several months and have not had a problem with it.

Works with Oculus Quest 2
This is Used in conjunction with Oculus Link which is via Oculus Desktop App > into a USB 3.0 (Blue port) in the tower. Be aware, when you see "Rift" as a link prompt, that is nornal. You can play enough VR in one sitting to scramble your brains before the headset is even at 60% Battery life.

Stopped working properly after 2 months of daily use
I bought this around 2 months ago and at first it was working just as advertised. Being able to play without worrying about battery was awesome. However, yesterday I started experiencing frame drops and overall glitching and I tested everything until I realized it was the cable. Also, this cable is USB 2.0 for some reason instead of 3.0 and way slower. I would recommend buying this if it lasted longer and had USB 3.0 but mine stopped working properly out of a sudden.

so fragile
I cant say I followed the instructions to a t, because I did go slightly out of order but I got it to work for a second or two. thinking it was no big deal I unplugged it from my pc leaving it in my wall and quest I guess assuming it was just going to charge while it was unplugged from the pc since the external charger is where it is supposed to be getting its power from anyway. I plug it back into the pc after getting my wires nice and neat and too my surprise my quest is no longer charging, and my quest app doesn't recognize that my quest is even plugged in anymore. for the longest time I used a laptop with a USB 3.2 Gen 2 + Power Delivery so I was fortunate enough to never need something like this. When I got my new pc, while it did have a 3.2, that 3.2 didn't have power delivery. while seems like an unnecessary detail it kind of make you wonder that, if a singular USB port can not only transfer 5gb/s, but can also supply enough power to keep my quest charged, why cant this cable without dying? I honestly have no clue why this gave out on me so quick but if this jerry rigged cord, whos only purpose was to add the power that my port couldn't supply, stops working because I unplugged it the wrong way, how the hell was this going to react if my io plate pushed it out of the port, or if there was a power short in my pc? I'm going to ask for a new one in hope that this was just a fluke, but if this review never changes, its safe to assume my opinion stays the same.

I had my doubts about buying this cable from a brand name that rimes with "Reject". Glad to say, it works great and keeps my Meta Quest 3 headset fully charged while playing PC based VR games. Signal tests in the Meta Quest desktop app show data transfer rates of between 2.3Gb/s and 2.6Gb/s when connected to a USB 3.2 port on the back of my ASUS X570 Hero motherboard. When you initialise this cable properly every time you use it, as per instructions, it keeps the Meta Quest 3 headset at full charge while PC gaming. Steps are: 1) Unplug the cable from your computer USB port and the headset USB-C port. 2) Apply power to the cable via an external USB-C power supply and wait 10 seconds before proceeding to step 3) Plug the cable into the VR headset and wait until the headset indicates that it is receiving power before proceeding to step 4. 4) Plug the cable into your computer. If you do not follow these steps, the cable will not charge the VR headset and only provide data transfer from your PC to the headset. I suspect the reviews claiming this cable doesn't charge the headset are likely do to improperly setting up the cable in the order described by the manufacturer packaging.

I bought the 20' version. I also purchase a generic 45w USB-C wall-wart.( Q-version? P-version? i dunno... it works!) If directions are followed expected results can be: 1. IT WORKS. 2. You'll come back here to help anyone else looking at getting a Meta Quest 3S who may be thinking about using a wired PC-VR system... And yeah!... IT WORKS. Look. I even use this cable from My PC to the "dongle" of my PrismX Vega 1 Earbuds and it DOES "pass-through charge" JUST FINE. Everything works. (Meta Quest 3S/PrismX Vega 1/Kuject Design 20' Cable from PC) Hope that helps! 'Nuff said. Just READ the directions... Follow those directions & ENJOY. Thank you Kuject Design for this solution... because... IT WORKS even over 20' of cable from my PC to the headset (Quest 3s) using also Prismx Vega 1 earbuds as well! Brilliant! Love it! 5 Stars!
