Purtroppo nella mia zona dove abito in Trentino Alto Adige in Vallelaghi ai supermercati qui vicino non si trova più la mitica salsa Worcestershire che abitualmente era presente sugli scaffali nel formato piccolo. Per tale motivo ho approfittato del grande formato del prodotto succitato, che uso per arricchire le salse ed i sughi, prodotto che conosco da moltissimi anni che usava anche la mia mamma. Consigliatissimo per avere una marcia in più nelle preparazioni in cucina, ottimo anche su arrosti di carne al forno. GF

Perfekt für Biltong und Co.
Habe jetzt nochmal nachbestellt und diesmal auch gleich eine Flasche mehr, denn neulich war sie kurzfristig nicht erhältlich und da war ich schon ein bisschen traurig... :( Ich mache damit mein hauseigenes Biltong hier in Österreich und das ist mit Abstand die beste Worcestershire Sauce, die ich bis dato gekauft habe. Auch zum Würzen ist sie perfekt, z.B. für Rinder-Eintopf. Ich produziere mittlerweile meine eigenen Würste, darunter auch sogenannte Droëwors, und auch da kommt die Sauce zum Einsatz. Geschmacklich 1A und die Menge braucht man schon mal. Kauf mir keine andere mehr, außer wenn es nicht anders geht, z.B. wegen Verfügbarkeit.
