The only thing was it didn't have the correct model of my Range Rover (it wasn't an option). I then emailed customer service and they emailed me how to add it to the screen. Pretty quickly.

All the features don’t work like the auto height adjustment . The buttons don’t work but they are on the screen

I have to give this item 2 stars.... This climate control unit doesn't allow for my back massage to work I wish I had found out b 4 ....

End result is beautiful. HOWEVER, the installation isn't as straightforward as advertised or per the instructions. You have to take some clips off of your existing control panel and transfer them to the new panel. They could have just included the clips. These clips are not at all easy to take out as these clips are what holds the panel in place, not rattle or cause the panel to fall out during an accident. I had to go to harbor freight and buy the orange pics in the picture to be able to remove the clips without damaging them. Those clips were never meant to be removed from the panel. They are sharp and cut my fingers. At the end, the install was good and the vehicle definitely looks and functions better.

Fits well and works as expected

This does not have the ability to control the fan speed automatically like the factory control panel, also it does not auto dim the screen brightness at night. Other than that everything else works great.
