MaryRuth’s USDA Organic Irish Sea Moss is a 5-star product for me. Great value, excellent ingredients, and a stronger concentration than the gummies. If you hate pills, this is the best option. I already like this brand, and this one makes more sense than trying to get the same thing from gummies or capsules. The ingredient list is clean, the concentration is better, and you don’t have to swallow a handful of pills to use it. For the price, it feels like you’re getting more of what you actually bought. Easy 5 stars if you want sea moss without the pill routine. Good value and a stronger product than the gummy version.

Wow just wow! I noticed a shift in my overall energy and gut health within the first 5 days of taking it. I wouldn’t call this product addictive but I am addicted to how good this makes my body feel with all of its natural goodness! There is no taste, it is flavorless, and easy to add to my daily water intake or in any glass of juice. I typically have 3 shots of espresso a day and I haven’t had the craving for coffee as heavily since taking this product. I no longer drink coffee for the need to wake up but I drink it for the taste because I get natural energy from taking this product.

I was expecting this to taste nasty and make me gag but neither happened. It was flavorless to me which helped so I was consistent with this.
