Using it couldn’t be easier. Just empty the whole 250g box into the drum, no measuring required, and set your machine to run at a minimum of 60°C for at least an hour. I opted for a 90°C wash, which lasts for 2 hours on my machine, for extra thoroughness. After just one wash, the disgusting smell that had plagued my home for years was completely gone, and three weeks later, it still hasn’t returned. I’m absolutely amazed at how effective this product is. It left no mess, no residue, and it feels like I have a brand-new washing machine.For the price, it’s unbeatable. I paid £2.90 for the 250g pack, which is enough for one full clean, and I’ve seen the price drop lower. Given how effective it is, that’s an absolute bargain! I’ve already ordered a few more packs to use regularly, as it’s recommended to use every 1-2 months to keep your machine in top shape. The cleaner is supposed to leave a lemon fresh scent, though I didn’t really notice that. But honestly, the fact that my machine no longer smells at all is a win for me. Now all I can smell is my laundry detergent, and that’s good enough!I’ve tried a lot of other products, including well-known brands like Dettol, but none of them were able to tackle the odour like this. It also worked wonders on the limescale build-up in my 20-year-old machine, leaving the drum and seals sparkling clean. Impressed with this product. 2yr old washing machine had developed odor, had used a few other products but they didnt seem to do much. Bought this on a whim, put it on a 60d cycle and left it, came back and there was a error code for blocked pump filter (f05) and water remaining in the drum - somewhat annoying, having to manually drain it and check the pump filter, which seemed to be okay, if gunky - think it cleaned so much crud out that the pump filter couldn't hack it. Put it back together, rinse cycle and all is well and importantly odor free. Star off as an error code and manually draining it was a faff - even if it's because the product worked so well.

I rely on using this every three months to keep my washing machine clean and it seems to do the job. It occasionally flushes out unpleasant bits and pieces from the pipes and keeps my machine smelling fresh. I'll continue using and would happily recommend

Absolutely fantastic product. It does what it says on the box. Not only does it leave your washing machine sparkling & smelling fresh, it also tackles the grime in the seal of the machine. I was skeptical at first so only bought one box, but I will be ordering more now as I think the more I use it the more effect it will have on my washer.

The product itself is good, but the packaging arrived damaged, and some of the content arrived leaked inside the Amazon box. I am not returning these items because the process is quite troublesome, but actually I didn't receive the full content (as I said, it was partially leaked)

This is seriously one of the best washer cleaners I’ve used! Even after just one use, I could tell how well it worked. It pulled out so much gunk from my washing machine that I didn’t even know was there. Everything looked cleaner and smelled fresher right away. I’ll definitely keep using this regularly!
