I have used Chemlink m-1 before on my inground pool, great stuff

Price seems high, but a very good product and so far , has held the seal on rooftop very well,will update after seeing it in a year and if it has not deteriorated.

Really strong, adheres well, like putting on a coat of rubber. I use it everywhere: rain gutters, tool handles, waterproofing screws. I'd use it more often but its a bit expensive.

I put this in a rusty old metal gutter that the landlord would not replace. Some of the holes were big enough to be almost waterfalls. Live in the northwest so we’d get lots of rain. All of the holes that were patched held through the winter.

Easy to apply and very sticky. Not that difficult to remove from fingers and hands. Sealed minor cracks in cinder block walls for me and has kept the water out of the house and from entering through windows. Sticks to old cinder blocks, painted block etc. I painted over it the next day with no problem. I also used it for a couple painting and bathroom projects and a caulk/seal on roofing material. A++ in my book! I bought 7 tubes this past August and it worked well. I was about to run out and I ordered 5 more. I received 6 and a thank you card. I am very chemically sensitive and I was able to apply this myself. It seems pretty strong as and adhesive. I used it to attach foam board to the walls of my van. So far, 6 months of light use, it has worked. It is very stiff and hard to get out of the tube. I had to use vice grips on the caulk gun trigger to push it out. I actually returned the first tube thinking it was dried up - but that is just how it comes.

I’ve used this caulking on my roof at work from small leaks to the larger ones and haven’t needed a roofer in years. It has also worked on my camper roof. Great product and I will definitely buy this again.

Strong sealant that cures with in 30 minutes or less depending on ambient temperature. Used this to seal around the holes for an inlet and outlet valves for a stock tank pool. No leaks!
