Great for low flow and helps me with the lower water pressure I have to begin with.
I have used these shower heads for a number of years and they work well for low flow. The only problem I have had with these is the water in my area is rather hard. So after a period of time they get build up. I have yet to find anything that can remove this, so after a couple of years its just easier to replace the shower head with a new one.

One of the best and only choices for very limited flow. Plastic threads felt a little tender and slipped once while putting in on, but otherwise it works great. Twists veey easily to change water setting.
