Impeccable performance; nothing else works remotely as well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Helping bring an old Thorens back to life *by D***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 February 2020* I recently acquired a vintage Thorens TD150 turntable made in the 1960s.It was sounding good but I noticed that it was taking an age to get to speed. A check on its speed when it settled was 34 rpm, about 2% too fast. It's close enough and sounded good but ordered this belt in any case.It was when I played a single at 45 rpm that I realised that a new belt was as necessity. It played at 33.4 rpm! Ironically it was closer to the ideal speed for long play records.After a bit of internet research I opted for a Thorens own part. Hopefully it won't ever need to be replaced while I own this turntable.I am pleased to say that the issues raised have all been addressed. I starts more quickly, when settled at plays at 33.7 rpm and it plays 45 rpm records at 45.1 rpm.I am happy.
