## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does it fit a 2023 GLB air vent?**
A: It fits my 2019 E300. The clip expands so I think it would fit pretty much any round air vent. If it doesn't, you can always return it. I love mine though, it is really easy to use.

**Q: Will this hold an iPhone 13 Pro Max with so otter box defender case?**
A: I have a MiniCooper and a Lincoln MKC that I used this phone holder with and its the same result. Unfortunately, it does not hold an iPhone 14 Pro well at all. It's not a phone issue. It's just not able to hold the weight of the phone. I have had my phone fall down while I'm driving in the cradle. I do not recommend this product.

**Q: Will this phone attachement still be sturdy with a wallet phone case on? My phone case is kinda thick and bulky.**
A: Yes. I have a heavy designer case and my phone sits right in there. I can even move it in another direction and it still holds. I wish I had a pic to show, but, I’m at work. I was very pleased with my purchase. Very sturdy

**Q: Can it be moved to a horizontal orientaion without falling out?**
A: If you tilt it more than 45 degrees, the phone will fall out while turning corners.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COMPATIBLE WITH Mercedes A Class
*by L***N on 26 June 2025*

Time of posting this June 2025. I'm purchasing another one, I last purchased February 2024 and here's why I don't mind. I have a Mercedes A Class 2015. Round vents. I've joined forums, wasted hundreds on holders that simply don't cut the mustard like this one does. It's not broken as such but recently won't hold my phone without tipping, the cradle has weakened and to be honest £20 a year isn't worth worrying about. Well, it's been over a year actually. The mechanism is strong. It's one of the sturdy well built holders I've tried and I've spent vastly more on ones that don't work. So I do recommend this for round Mercedes A class vents.
