Defective Water Trigger – Arrived Broken
The extractor arrived with a defective water trigger. From the first use, the trigger did not work properly. Once the water starts spraying, it does not stop when I release the trigger. I have to manually pull the trigger back to make the water stop flowing. This is clearly a defect and makes the machine difficult and unsafe to use properly. I expected a brand-new machine to arrive fully functional, especially at this price. Very disappointed with the quality control
