Good things: Made a big difference in quality of life when it comes to breathing and sinus comfort! Relief soon after you use it. Bad things: Might feel "wierd" to those who have never used netti pot or other sinus rinses. Also might not work when you are completely blocked/stuffed up. You may need to switch rinse directions or blow your nose gently several times and try again- that can be very annoying. Salt solution may sting slightly at times. My conclusion: If you have chronic sinus issues and crave some relief without serious drugs; Get this! The issues are well worth it. If you are being trendy, and just want to try it because you feel it's "healthy"- this product will annoy you more than its worth.

The Navage is a game changer. Works better than a Neti pot. I definitely recommend this.

I was about to give up on allergies and post nasal drip. Novage was a life saver. I’ve been using it for a few days and already see a big difference.

I'm not sure what it is, maybe shipped with old batteries. But you'll find your self going to YouTube just to figure out the trick to turn it on. Since it doesn't turn on you'll have it all filled up with water and solution only to need to turn it upside down to unscrew the battery case. Then you'll see you need to trick the contraption to get it to turn on after your wet and salty down your shirt and on the floor. If I did all over again I'm not sure I'd want to go through all that. Now, how it works. Well because mine doesn't really have much suction I pretty much have to breath water into my nose , as it again runs down my shirt. But the solution and the occasional times it pulls suction and works you'll be amazed how well you breath. So if you get fresh batteries and yours turns on without YouTube maybe yours won't suck in a different way 😀

Bought this to help with my sinuses...it's so dry this time of year. Easy to use...and it's helped with my dry sinuses and snoring. There's a huge difference in my snoring when I don't use this gadget. I love it. It is a bit bulky to travel with so will have to see how that goes (I did get the travel case). You need distilled water to use so that's something to consider as well but I'm super happy with this purchase.
