I have already noticed my arms n chest get more solid. My biceps are Rock solid n gives a great pump. I stopped training for a year or two... Bought this to build strength n that's exactly on what it will do. I try to fit in 5x 10-15 reps a day... Spaced out throughout the day. My arms n shoulders have gotten bigger n my chest. The 50kg bar is challenging, the 40kg bar I use for behind my head exercises. Would totally recommend, especially if work-life gets in the way of getting to the gym, it would be great to bring in the office with you. The quality is really good, my hands are too big for the loops on each handle, so be careful it doesn't fly across the room when using it. lol I'm surprised at the results I'm gaining from the bar with such a minimal workout routine. But I use to train a lot also but as stated, it's been 2 years or more since I last lifted weights. If you are slim build, you will see results fast. Just ensure you complete each exercise properly and careful with the bar as it will fly out of your hands if you aren't in full control. Well Sprung
I bought a 20kg one that I thought was quite easy when I got it and it was the amount of reps that made difference so I though a 50kg couldn't be much harder. How wrong I was! Much more effort but really worth the price. Got some work colleagues to try and the strained faces were hilarious. Great product and good exercise.

this will build masive power and build...
love this spenby bending spring 50k is a nice bend you feel it in every muscle,really pleased, for maximum results,bend and hold for 1 minute rest for 1 minute,bend and hold for 1 minute, 6 times..you will have to be strong to bend this puppy.if your a beginner start with a 20k then slowly build up to 50k.bending these bars beyond 5ok you will have to be the hulk......happy bending folks...

Small, inexpensive, but effective
Started on the 30kg then the 40kg and now on the 50kg and it works. I can feel it working on my chest and arms, but, for SAFETY SAKE, make sure you put your hands through the straps and, also make sure your hands are dry otherwise your hands could slip and you'll end up with the Power Twister springing back, and cracking you in the face, "HARD!" BE CAREFUL and you will feel and see the results. Worth trying for the price alone.

You need to build up to the stronger rated springs first
" Please read the instruction manual carefully before using ." Unfortunately there is no manual, and there is no link to a site where you can obtain one. Hence only 4 stars.
