Complaint Regarding Difference in Strap Design for Same Jockey Bra Model & Request for Replacement
Hello Team, I recently purchased a Jockey bra of the same model number that I had bought earlier. My previous purchase had thin straps and the fit was very comfortable. However, the recent order, despite having the same company and model number, has broad straps and feels completely different in design and fit. I noticed this only after washing the product. I would like to understand why there is such a difference in the same model/product. Since the product has already been washed once before I realized the issue, please let me know if an exchange or replacement can still be considered.
