A gift for my boyfriend. He picked it out for me to buy. He was not disappointed. I use it every day.

Doesn’t connect to PC it has a lot of problems
I was excited to try these. First of it sounds bad , and it was difficult to connect to the PC. I used it for 2 days and after that they wound connect anymore. The software you download on the pc is trash so many problems. It doesn’t connect right away . So many problems I returned them hopefully I get a replacement and see if it works this time.

Very high promise, not ready for prime time
I wanted to love these - the look of everything here is amazing. The idea of having a low latency wireless earbud that I could seamlessly use between my PC and phone was incredible. The reality is that the the hardware/software is still in it's infancy. The setup process was anything but effortless, but we got there. Next up, the switching between your PC and phone is terribly unreliable (using an iPhone 14 Pro as reference). The sound quality on bluetooth is fine, but I found the connection on PC to not be as good for some reason. Games in particular sound muffled and crowded with very little soundstage. There is no PC app right now to manage sound profiles on PC (one is expected in 2022) and you need to sign up for some beta software to obtain the iOS app (which was also limited and required additional passwords to even modify some of the presets). All in all, feels like a beta. I can't bring myself to pay $350 for where this is right now. I dig Angry Miao but this was a miss for me right now. I'm hoping the issues get fixed and look forward to a V2.

Anxiety Attack Waiting To Occur 😩
The media could not be loaded. First off, i had to return these due to an issue occurring with the Right Earbud NOT wanting to sync properly with the app, due to a software glitch or update that needed to occur so i could use them to their “fullest potential.”Due to this being the reason, i gave this another chance and order ANOTHER pair in hopes that this was just a defective product, because i truly love these and when they did work, the sound quality was UNREAL.. like just absolutely realistic with my PS5 gaming experience. I couldn’t get enough of it, so when this occurred, i had to give it ONE.. MORE.. chance, because im stubborn when it comes to my sound quality with gaming and with the price, im willing to take my chances with this company ONE MORE time.. that’s it.. super unfortunate how it turned out, but just that type of guy to understand technology isn’t always perfect, so i will give this another try, because the features are well worth the risk if they synced properly.- when you get them, the packaging is just gorgeous and professional too. Like your opening something form NASA. Lol i mean, I’ve never dealt with something so sophisticated and well laid out, so i figure this is something worth trying again. For the Price Range and being the most expensive earbuds (for gaming) on the market, i would expect issues like this not to occur, but that’s a perfect world honestly, so i get it, but the presentation and outcomes ( when they work) is well worth what your paying for. I think atleast. The lights that synchronize with your actions and setting, is super beautiful and gives you a legitimate feeling of being in an alternate reality with gaming and dissociating from life, so i truly have faith in this, but for the price, if they do not work AGAIN, ill be bummed out, because these have some serious potential to being some of the best earbuds you can get for gaming. The noise transparency and cancellation is spot on and gives you a good feeling of isolation from outside noises to have a great listen to what’s going on around you if you enable transparency, so these have some serious potential.

Directional sounds for gaming is spot on!
This was exactly what I’ve been looking for! Wireless earbuds with a dock! No other company has done this and even though it cost $300 it’s worth it for people who want the most accurate directional sound for earbuds. Feels like I’m in the game. Going back to playing fps games now. I hope they last forever lol

Slight learning curve then smooth sailing.
Comfort: 8/10 --- Like I can definitely feel they are there, but they are one of the better earbud designs I've tried. I've not tested all the additional tips that come in the box, so there could be a better fit.Initial Connection: 10/10 --- Plugged base into USB on PC (win 11) to charge. Turned out it was a data cable rather than power only. They worked without me doing anything else out of the box.Presentation: 8/10 --- Not my normal style, but the cyber design is done well. The base is a cool touch. Color is not overdone.Sound: Hard to rate since this can vary a lot with the profiles. I'd give it an initial 6.5/10 because they were in "Transparency" mode out of the box, so when I turned the music off, I notice the clacking on my keyboard and other sounds in my office were much more pungent than normal. I suppose my Studio 3's and Bose 700's do the same thing. Once I discovered (in the manual, go figure) how to turn that off (long pressing the buds touch pad) then it's like I was all alone in the universe with me and my music. Now, later I adjusted the sound profiles in the app, and got it to where I had the settings adjusted between profiles to tweak it to music types and I like it even better. Once I dialed it in, I'm absolutely loving the sound they are capable of, so 10/10 for me.Setup part 2: The above brings me to the important second part --- Downloading the software is critical. First thing I did was update the firmware for all components (4 in total) which was easy, and quick. Then I started customizing the experience. First, setting the sound profiles (Gaming/Movie/Music/Custom) and then tweaked the LED's. For me, I didn't want all the flashy lights so I set each profile to a solid color (red/green/blue/purple). These are the "boosters" they talk about. Switching between them is a matter of pressing on the button/case till it changes colors. Super quick and easy. After an initial eval, I dove in with them to a playthrough of Deathloop for about 3 hours without them becoming uncomfortable. Sounds quality was great. Apparently I totally missed stuff happening around me with the noise cancellation working. I've not tried them on conference calls or paired to my phone only, as I intend for them to be just on my gaming PC.Note --- I didn't get these direct from Amazon, but from a secondhand source. Figured I'd share my experience as out of the box it seems like they've made improvement compared to the reviews that I read before picking them up. If all stays well, I'll retire my bulkier headset for these since they take up so much less desk space.
