This works. I did A LOT of research on this to understand expectations. Grounding sheets work with skin contact. Ive read you only need a little contact but, full body was best for me. I tried just my legs, then entire body & entire body was best even though I sleep in a shirt. My bare arms, bare legs & feet were on it. A couple of times I felt a little tingling which is a sign its working. I normally wake up every 3 or 4 hrs & when I slept on this I didnt wake up. In fact I slept 7 straight hrs. Haven't washed yet. But, Ive read when you wash, do it in cold or warm water & air dry. Heat is going to shrink the fine metal wires.

Decided to get this and if I didn't see any differences I'd return it. First few days I couldn't sleep on it the whole night. Could feel an energy going thru me. But after several days this worked itself out. The circulation in my legs has improved. I have sleep issues and the length of my sleep intervals has gotten longer.Recommend to anyone looking for improvement in their sleep.I bought a king size sheet for a queen bed presuming I could tuck it in rather than it just be flat; it's smaller than I expected; only comes down a few inches on each side. Definitely need clip-on bands to hold it in place, otherwise it does rumple. When it's held in place it doesn't wrinkle very much.Haven't washed it yet.

I sleep better. It is soft and comfortable on my skin. Only complaint is it doesn't stay in place. I am older and turn through out the night. If it had a way to strap it on the sides I would give it 5 stars.

I've had this sheet for about six months now, I used it every night at my feet, because the rest of me is always covered in pajamas. I thoughtt would be enough. Tbh I didn't notice any difference at all for the entire time I used it. I wondered if it was doing anything at all. The past week I had hip pain that was getting so bad I was limping through the day and had trouble getting up from a seat. Two nights ago it hurt so bad it woke me up and I couldn't sleep. On a whim I moved the sheet up to my back and legs and hips and slept in my undies so I'd be making as much skin contact as possible. I didn't expect much but what could it hurt to try. The next morning, NO PAIN. Later that day the pain started to come back, so I slept the same way last night. This morning NO PAIN. Today: NO PAIN. I'm shocked and extremely happy!! It does seem to work really well!

This product works as advertised, fits my king size bed perfectly, quality is OK. Easily machine washed, great value for the money, The cord that is supplied with product is very long to get it where you need it. It has worked great for my sleep, pain in my back and neck, I would recommend this product to anybody that has back problems. It really does help. Easy to use, I just wish I had a second one, because you cannot put these in the dryer, you have to hang to dry

I've heard a lot about grounding in general and how they can help with inflammation and general quality of sleep. These blankets are amazing! I've had them for almost over a month and the quality and size is perfect. I've started to get better sleep and waking up refreshed. I even let my nephew use them for about a week and he even says he loves the blanket because it is cool and lightweight. I would for sure order a pillow case version!

It is a nice product and it does help with sleep issues. It would be nice if it was a sheet designed like most sheets are to fit over the side of the bed and tuck in at the foot of the bed. Sheet size is exactly the size of the mattress top. This is only to cover the very top of the mattress area. This makes it necessary to completely remake the bed on a daily basis.

I had a bad fall a couple of years ago and after a full year I still had much pain in my left knee. After sleeping on my sheet the very first night, I felt a BIG difference and after a few more nights, my knee was pain free and remains so a year later.That being said, it is quite unfortunately made from very rough fabric, not soft at all. The product would be much better if they used a higher grade of organic cotton or, better yet, bamboo.
