BUCKTOOL 10-Inch Drill Press 6.2 Amp 3/4 HP Bench Drill Press 5-Speed Benchtop Drilling Machine with LED Work Light

A great replacement for my old stand-alone drill! It has (almost) everything I could want, easy to set up, and works like a champ! ¶ The only two MINOR (very minor!) things I can find is (1) the very well-written manual fails to mention removing the laser cover to adjust the laser cross hairs (image supplied) and (2) the until has a great snap holder for the chuck key - I was it had two holders for the hex wrenches. ¶ If I had a 3rd wish, I'd wish there were two channels under the table for hex nuts to tighten the fence knobs. But hey, lifting up on the knob to tighten isn't that difficult, right? :)

The drill press is an excellent tool. The built in light and laser are nice additions considering the price point. The assembly was a little confusing but not too difficult. Just ensure the track is place in the table groove before sliding onto the column and every thing went smoothly after that.

Good DIY press. I own a lot of high end woodworking equipment , but needed something benchtop just to drill some holes in metal once in a while in my knife shop and this was a perfect fit for that. Instructions or terrible but commonsense will have you putting it together quickly. All and all it is a sound machine and appears well built and functions as it should. The speed adjustment requires a little more work than some other higher end machines but that is to be expected for a piece of equipment in this price point. Worth the money and i would recommend it for somebody looking for a budget press for light to medium duty tasks.

This is an ok drill press. Has plenty of power but doesn’t seem to adjust down enough for slow drilling. I’m not sure if this is everybody’s experience but the one I received, the plate that is adjustable up and down moves left to right and is hard to line back up. The laser helps but still just seems cheap. The design is just not great. Also only having a 2inch drill pressing seems like it’s not big enough.

I bought this for a mortising attachment for my floor mount drill press that it didn't fit, but fit the 10 inch Buck tool. So now I have still my drill press and a mortising attachment. Being a disabled person with only one functioning arm and in a wheel chair, I still with some creativity was able to assemble it. A decent owners manual. A good value, not sure if I should have bought the 12 inch and laser feature.

Great company! Great product! Great quality! Works like a beast in heat! One more thing..... Most replacement parts (if needed) are absolutely the most inexpensive things ever! Most under $10. The motor is around $50-$60. A great company that stands by their products 1000%~!!!
