I just came off the Phd Pre workout which was going well too but this stuff is much better tasting, doesn't cause any face tingling or induce any stomach problems! It's pretty cheap and came a few days before the expected date! The only annoying thing is that the tub is a decent size but it's less than half filled so if you use 2 scoops (as recommended) it's great but I don't see it lasting longer than a month or so if you got to the gym 4/5 times a week! Also, as I've only used it today I can't tell you much of the long term effects but I haven't heard anything negative in other reviews.
