They are not as thin as sweet wrappers but fine enough to be pliable and cut easily with scissors. **Q: How heat resistant is this? In particular would it be ok next to a light bulb?** A: I've used it with a strong LED floodlight, but they are quite cool. I wouldn't trust it next to an old, hot incandescent or halogen bulb. **Q: is this waterproof? Could i cover a white torch to make a red tail light?** A: Yes it is water proof. I used this to make poppies for last years rememberance service to decorate the cross which was outside. I don’t know about a torch but I can’t see a problem. **Q: Would it be poss to use this inside small solar lights, to change them from white to blue?** A: You could, however i would be aware that solar lights do not give off much light and the (red) sheet i bought was fairly opaque so you might significantly reduce the brightness of the light ## Frequently Bought Together - Assorted Colour A4 Acetate Sheets Transparent Gel Clear OHP Craft Plastic Acetate Film (6 Sheets) by HaberCrafts - 10 Rolls Double Sided Adhesive Tape Heavy Duty Two Sided Tape Double Sticky Adhesive Tape Tear and Tape Adhesive for Arts Crafts Scrapbooking Photos Card Making Gift Wrapping(5,8,10,12,15,18mm Wide) - Livholic 60 Sheets Colored Cardstock 8.5 x 11 Assorted 80 lb 20 Colors Solid Core Card Stock Printer Paper For Card Making Paper Crafting Printer --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/49257319-acetate-sheets-a4-ohp-sheet-colour-acetate-clear-film-plastic](https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/49257319-acetate-sheets-a4-ohp-sheet-colour-acetate-clear-film-plastic) --- *Product available on Desertcart Panama* *Store origin: PA* *Last updated: 2026-11-06*
