Good product
Was a bit fiddly connecting water supply to it but once the flow adapter was adjusted correctly it worked perfectly, no leakage, quiet on filling, good build quality, value for money..reccomend

Perfect fit
I was looking for an exact replacement to the previous fill valve which had years of limescale buildup and this one was perfect. No issues with fitting (DIY job) and still working well after several months use. Very good price and no need to call a plumber this time!

Easy to fit
Easy to fit as a replacement for another of the same make but very different action. There's a disconcerting silence for a moment after flushing as water enters the cistern at the bottom via a vertical tube.

Works well
Good replacement for different set up that has only lasted 3 years. Hopefully this sturdier better built item will last longer.

Cistern fill valve
Instructions should have read to leave tank -side connection slack while tightening ‘isolating valve’ side, if you tighten the tank -side connection first you risk damaging the fill valve itself while tightening the isolating valve side: the brass tail of the fill valve is liable to spin whilst tightening isolating valve side so if the tank side connecting is tight (The instructions say to not overtighten) then the whole fill valve will spin and there’s no way to s top it spinning.

very noisy
the design of this is poor, when it starts to fill, the trapped air in the extended pipe causes excessive noise and vibration, I have had to saw off part of the pipe to reduce this noise
