How many years of warranty does it have??

Not near enough. Mine was defective right out of the box. AND, it was shorted and took out my motherboard and CPU. Neither the supplier or Amazon was willing to do anything but replace it with another unit. Unfortunately, that was no longer an option since I didn't have a machine to put it into. The card should be a good one, just buy it from someone more reliable.

Card Dimensions (L x H) 10.04" x 6.18"

Q: will this work well with a amd ryzen 5 1600 processor?

Yes but i would go with a second gen ryzen 2600
