I also love how you can pour and then put the kettle back on the base and it will HOLD that exact temperature for when you need to finish your brewing. I LOVE this kettle. I'm absolutely blown away by the quality construction, ease of operation and the compact design. It holds enough water for three 12 oz. mugs of coffee. The Fellow products are on the pricey side but it's the BMW or Mercedes of gadgets. I bought their coffee bean grinder a few years ago ago and have been extremely happy with it.
