Is this item guaranteed and if so how long ?

I don't think there is a guarantee with this item. Certainly when purchasing the item there is no paperwork to register for a guarantee. You will only get about 12 months out of it anyway.

My lights are going out on my Dimplex Otymist fire after about 30seconds before any smoke , , could this be the transducer

My transducer failed, then there was no smoke, but the lights stayed on. The lights only seem to go out when the water runs out. A new transistor fixed it. However once the water tank needs refilling the lights will go out (as they are meant to).

What is the voltage at transducer

It does not state the voltage but as it is UK market the standard voltage is 220/240 it works absolutely fine.

Will this work on a dimplex gosford fire

Will not work on my Dimplex Gosford fire! So frustrating. The small tag at the bottom is missing of the transducer but other people have no trouble getting different models to work.
