Recommended highly ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A nice creamy, easy to use *by B***S on 4 December 2015* A nice creamy, easy to use, easy to apply eyeliner for a great price. I have had pencil liners and sometimes they struggle to go on or you need to warm them up a bit- you can just wind this down a bit and go for it. Doing your waterline is a bit harder admittedly, but it always is just make sure your waterline is dry first if that makes sense. I would buy this again, but if you are going for a very neat, thin line, then use a liquid liner, but if you want something you can blend or something that looks more natual and smokey, this is great.
