Review: These crimp with no breaks! - So, first things first, I HATE grommets. They crimp funny and leave nasty edges with breaks, this causes fabric tear, cuts in skin, etc. But these? They say nay nay to bad crimps! These curl into the back almost seamlessly. My first batch of 100 finished the back of a Viking Wedding dress, and I needed a few hundred more to complete the project. I COULD have gone with another idea and sewn the other areas, but the grommets really just added to her design. She's elated, there's no risk of ribbon tears or fabric giving or making her bleed on her wedding day. She's happy, I'm happy, it looks good. Just buy them.

**Q: thickness of leather can be used with?**
A: I have only used these eyelets with paper. I would maybe say only an eighth of an inch thickness when being used with leather.

**Q: Are washers included with the grommets?**
A: No

**Q: can these be used with a hand press machine with a #2 or #0 die, and also do you sell them in copper or black?**
A: Yes I use them with a hand press machine.

**Q: Do these require a washer on the back or is only one piece needed to self close?**
A: I close with a crop-o-dial. No washer is needed.
