Her rawness and vulnerability really makes you feel like you are on this journey with her and gives me such an unwavering faith that we all have the power to heal ourselves. She discusses a lot of concepts that I have possibly skimmed the surface of before but she has such a gentle and grounding way of bringing such clarity and depth. This book spoke directly to my soul and I want to recommend it to everyone. Until I read this I had never considered my abandonment wound which I now observe is the underlying programme that has playing along in the background of my psyche.
