Has anyone used this on a (slightly textured) dashboard of a Volkswagen or Audi car? Does it stick and hold?

I drive a Volkswagen Golf IV 2004 and it works perfectly. It has been sticking for about a year now. you do need the 3m adhesive glue which was provided with my purchase.

Does the ball need a smooth surface to stick onto? Or will it stick to a textured dash?

The dahs of my car is slightly textured and it stuck perfectly and is still in place. I really recommend this product.

Does the magnet have the usual effects on bank cards and is the ability to pay by contact less on your phone effected

Never had a problem using my Bank cards or contactless payments. Have iphone 12 now do no longer use

Has anybody used this on a fiat 500 as is.
