It works
This does what I needed. As a RV'er traveling 4-6 months per year I sometimes need help with service boost. The connections to my Verizon MiFi 880L external antennae became unusable and I searched for a replacement. After several attempts with more expensive options that offered no help due to connections that didn't fit or no improvement in service, this one came through. I experienced stronger signal and increased upload and download speed.

If you donโt have signal, get this and he probably will.OK, hereโs the thing. Technically, this thing will slow down your Internet speed if you use an online test. But, youโll be getting more bars so real world speeds will definitely be faster. I use this for camping in the mountains. I use it with a Netgear hotspot and go from no signal, too often times being able to stream video. I have it on a pole about 15 feet high. So yes, it works excellently

Definitely helps with speeds but no additional bars.
I bought this for my old Verizon hotspot for when we go camping. Initially, I was disappointed with me testing and was about to return it. I tried placing the antenna outside of my house and ran the cable through a window. With just the internal antenna, average speeds were 2.75/1.58 (up/down). With the antenna I was averaging 11.75/4.8. I didnโt notice any difference in the number of bars but Iโm satisfied with the gains that this antenna provides.

This has been working for a very long time now. It's wonderful. It helped triple my Internet speed. I have it mounted outside towards my roof. It has survived many seasons.

Easy to use.
I use this to increase the signal of my Nighthawk M1 1100 Hotspot Router that resides inside a steel bldg. The antenna is mounted outside near the peak of the roof so I get a better signal from the cellular tower.

Loses 1 to 2 bars with antenna
what can I say? without antenna I get 3 bars with the 4th one blinking in and out. with antenna I get 2 bars..waste of money and time.
