Great pre work out. Not a bad taste and works really well.

I love the taste of these. I add 2 scoops into a glass of water and collagen every morning. They add a fizz to the water. I don't do weight training, just a lady in her 50s trying to keep my muscle strength up. I do feel stronger from taking these and feel my arms are a little more toned from carrying the dog.

It's my first time buying creatine, and I'm taking Applied Nutrition critical whey, so I figured I'll go with them on this also. I needed this for wing chun training, since we're learning the traditional Chinese way, it's full with sparring and full contact, and I'm 67kg and 173m so I get tired really fast after an intance 30 second sparring. After taking it for a week and a half, I can already say that it definitely gives me the boost needed for another 2 sparrings at least. The taste is horrible though, i don't know about the other flavors, but this one is the only one that's corrently available for shipping for me, so I recommend trying the others first if you can

Good quality, if rather expensive, but the water retention for me was a deal breaker for me. It's not the fact that I'm carrying some excess H20 around, but when you start to sweat boy you sweat bucket loads. I found some Creatine Hydrochlorate (HCL which is surprisingly difficult to find) and water retention is a lot better.

Seems reputable, mixes well, tastes like blue, really, there's nothing more to say, it's great.

المنتج جيد لاباس فيه بالحالاتين راح تنغث منه لو تفكر تاخذ بنكهه والسكوب الواحد فيه ٧ قرام وكاتبين ورا انه السكوب الواحد ٣.٥ قرام ٣ قرام كرياتين والنص نكهه بالصوره كاتبين عدد الحصص ٥٠ وجاني مكتوب ٧١ ماني عارف اكذب مين ( الزبده لو تفكر تاخذ كرياتين لاول مره لاتاخذ نكهه خذ الي بدون نكهه ارخص ومارح يفرق معك )
